Description

The RJT union, also known as BSM or CIP union, is made from forged SS304/SS316L and CNC-machined for precision with internal Ra 0.4–0.6 and external Ra 0.8. It supports both O-ring and stepped seals, FDA-compliant gaskets (EPDM, silicone, PTFE, NBR), and is ideal for food, beverage, dairy, biotech, and pharmaceutical industries. Each fitting is quality-checked for roundness, uniformity, and surface smoothness to ensure top sanitary performance.

Feature of the Stainless Steel Sanitary 3A union:

RJT union is also called BSM union, CIP unions.

Both O ring Joint type and stepped RJT seal is available.

Due to the small crevice, the RJT unions can be widely used for CIP applications.

Size: 1/2"-12".

Inner Ra 0.6, External Ra 0.8.

Grade: SS304, SS316L.

Inner Ra0.4 to meet food requirement; surface is smooth and elegant.

Gaskets are compliant with FDA.

Made from forging.

Gasket: EPDM, SILICONE, PFTE, NBR. Both RJT stepped gasket and RJT O ring is available.
