Description

The Stainless Steel Sanitary Mini Diaphragm Sampling Valve is made of SS304 or SS316L with silicone or EPDM gaskets, offering a long service life and easy sterilization by alcohol or steam. It allows sampling during production without stopping the process and prevents second-time contamination. The valve has a maximum pressure of 1000 kPa (closed) and a temperature range of up to 130°C, with internal and external surfaces of Ra 0.5um and Ra 0.8um, respectively.

The valve body: SS304 or SS316L Valve head: SS304.

Gasket: Silicone, EPDM.Max. pressure: 1000kpa ( valve close).

Max. pressure: 500Kpa for silicone  ( valve open)
                        1000Kpa for stainless steel part  ( valve open).

Max. temperature: 130 degree
