Description

A sanitary check valve designed for hygienic operationin vertical pipelines with a strictly bottom-to-top flow direction. It provideseffective protection against backflow in food, pharmaceutical, and chemicalprocessing systems. The valve body is made of high-quality AISI304 or AISI316L stainless steel withan internal surface finish of Ra 0.4, which prevents product stagnation andfacilitates sanitary cleaning. The aseptic, dead zone-free design ensures highhygiene and operational reliability. An ideal solution for backflow protection in critically clean productionenvironments.

The valves can be installed in vertical pipeline only.

Operating principle:

The valve opens when the pressure of the fluid exceeds the pressure exerted by the pump spring. When the two pressures are equalised, the valve closes. A stronger counter-pressure allows the valve to close.
