Description

Sterilization shelves are designed for holding products, tooling, cassettes, trays, and production components during washing, depyrogenation, drying, and sterilization processes. The perforated design allows steam and hot air to pass freely through the working surface, ensuring efficient and uniform treatment of items inside sterilization chambers.

The shelves are manufactured from high-quality stainless steel and are intended for long-term use in pharmaceutical manufacturing facilities, laboratories, medical institutions, and other environments with stringent cleanliness requirements.

Full description

Perforated Shelves for Sterilization Equipment

A sterilization shelf is a robust metal structure consisting of a load-bearing frame and a working surface made from perforated stainless steel sheet. This design enables unrestricted circulation of process media and helps maintain uniform treatment conditions across the entire loading area.

The shelves are used inside autoclaves, sterilization chambers, drying ovens, and other equipment where products require consistent exposure to temperature, steam, or airflow. They are suitable for holding glass containers, ampoules, vials, tools, filters, machine parts, and various types of production accessories.

The structure features high rigidity and maintains its geometry even after repeated heating and cooling cycles. Thanks to the reinforced perimeter frame, the shelf can withstand substantial loads without deformation and is suitable for intensive industrial operation.

Particular attention has been given to hygienic design. Smooth surfaces and the absence of hard-to-clean areas facilitate rapid cleaning and routine disinfection in accordance with GMP requirements. The perforation also promotes efficient moisture removal and improves drying performance after sterilization.

The shelves are manufactured from AISI 304 or AISI 316L stainless steel, providing excellent resistance to moisture, cleaning agents, disinfectants, and aggressive production environments. Upon request, shelves can be supplied in custom dimensions, with reinforced construction, special perforation patterns, and additional accessories.
