Three-Section Stainless Steel Cabinet for Cleanroom Applications

The three-section cabinet is a functional storage module developed to maintain controlled cleanliness and structured workspace organization in environments with regulated conditions.

This solution is widely used in pharmaceutical production, biotechnology laboratories, medical facilities, and food processing industries, where strict hygiene protocols and prevention of cross-contamination are critical.

The cabinet корпус is fabricated from corrosion-resistant stainless steel AISI 304 or AISI 316L. The selected materials ensure resistance to aggressive cleaning agents, including alcohol-based and chlorine-containing solutions, as well as stable performance in high-humidity conditions.

The surfaces feature a satin-brushed finish that reduces particle adhesion and simplifies cleaning procedures. The design is optimized to minimize areas where contamination may accumulate.

The internal volume is divided into three independent sections, enabling a clearly structured storage system:

  1. personnel garments are isolated in enclosed compartments;
  2. tools and process materials are placed in easily accessible areas;
  3. separation of “clean” and “conditionally clean” flows is maintained.

The top panel can be manufactured in a sloped design to prevent dust accumulation and facilitate cleaning. The cabinet is designed for long-term operation in controlled environments with ISO Class 5–8 cleanliness levels.
