Feature of the High Flow Stainless Steel Hygienic Water Treatment Filter Vessel For Liquid Filtration:

Oblique inserting type filters are used for filtering the solid particles in liquid. The inlet and outlet of oblique filter is in the same line. So it is widely used for pipeline. The filter housing and filter elements are seperate. So we can easily clean the filter element . It is better performance than line type filter.

Good  filtration and sealing ability.

Small pressure loss.

Easy maintenance.

Max operation pressure:1.0mpa.

Max operation temperature: 120 C.

Filtering accuracy: 0.5mm, 1mm, 2mm, 3mm, 5mm, 8mm.

Connection end: welded, tri-clamped. Threaded, union end.

Filter element :30#, 40#, 60#, 80#,100#, 120#, 150#,  200#, 240#, 260#, 300#, 320#, 360#, 400#.

Size: 1”-4”.

Material: SS304, SS316L.

Inside Ra: 0.4um.

Outside surface Ra:0.8um.

Seal: EPDM, silicone.
