Modern manufacturing processes require strict recipe control, prevention of cross-contamination, and safe working conditions for personnel. The process vessel for component loading enables the efficient preparation and transfer of powders, granules, dry blends, excipients, and other process materials directly into a reactor.

The unit features a vertical cylindrical design equipped with a sealed removable lid and a mechanical clamping system. Its compact footprint makes it suitable for installation in production areas with limited available space, while the smooth internal and external surfaces facilitate rapid cleaning after each production cycle.
